A total of 450 people, including city government officials, healthcare workers, military personnel and community volunteers participated in the drill. Four stages were performed in the drill:

Stage 1: Before a local transmission occurs.
Stage 2: When individual cases are confirmed (people under home isolation are sent to hospitals)
Stage 3: When a single local transmission has occurred (confirmed cases from various stories and apartments in the same buildings, individual cases from neighboring buildings)
Stage 4: When a large-scale community spread has occurred in a neighborhood

New Taipei City keeps staying cautious and deploys relevant measures in advance. We will keep the worst-case scenario in mind and best prepare ourselves for it.
