When waste is sent to an incineration plant, where does it go after it's burned?

In fact, the bottom ash left behind still has a journey ahead!

Join us as we follow the bottom ash from temporary storage and transportation at the incineration plant to screening, sorting, and impurity removal at a bottom ash treatment facility, and discover how it is transformed into recycled aggregates derived from incineration bottom ash.

Before these recycled aggregates can be reused, they must pass two important checks:

1.Compliance with environmental standards: The materials must pass environmental testing.

2.Quality assurance for specific applications: The mix must be adjusted to meet the requirements of the intended construction project and pass quality inspections.

Only after meeting these requirements can the recycled aggregates be used in suitable construction projects, allowing valuable resources to be put back to use in building our city.

Waste incineration is not the end of the journey. Proper treatment and reuse help preserve the value of resources!

Remember, reducing waste at the source and sorting recyclables in our daily lives are also essential to reducing the burden on the environment. Let's work together to make a difference!
