Land development will be handled through New Taipei City rezoning or section acquisition, which will effectively improve the city's appearance and environment and increase the use of public facilities, thereby driving regional development. The overall land development operation set up by the Land and Resources Department of this plan is to improve the existing local space environment disorder, cadastral fragmentation and other problems. New Taipei City also cooperates with the third-ring and third-tier municipal policies and accelerates the implementation of urban and rural development visions. It implements the Golden Corridor plan in an integrated development manner, while providing industrial development space, improving urban service functions, and achieving multiple goals such as the overall use of land resources and balanced regional development.
