The New Taipei City High-risk Family Integrated Security Network Service, which has integrated with the resources from other departments of New Taipei City Government, but in order to better implement the spirit of "discover everywhere, instant service, caring counseling, referral support", in addition to the current morning plan to cover free breakfast for the economically disadvantaged students in school, and now add more civil resources. By establishing a cooperation mechanism through the four major convenient stores, we will be able to provide more support to vulnerable children in high, middle, small, and high-risk families. Convenient stores will provide temporary shelters and assist in reporting and provide meals, resources, and services in real time, so that every children in New Taipei City can grow up happily in families.

By the supporting mechanism initiated through the four major convenient stores. Students with hunger will need to register at a convenient store nearby to receive pasta, bread, etc. The principled meals and drinks (except alcohol) are provided as a principle. When convenient store assists students in filling out the basic information in the care report, which will be faxed to the New Taipei City Government High-Risk Family Service Management Center within 24 hours, in order to inform the school and student status review, the team wll follow-up care assistance system immediately for support or assistance to the student.
